AVOID THIS ONE--

That is a deceased Brown Recluse spider pictured in a jar of alcohol; a specimen recently collected in central Ohio, far north of its normal range. It is unknown if it arrived here by natural expansion of its range or if it piggybacked on some commodity delivery. Regardless, being able to recognize this dangerous critter could prove helpful.
